Construction Consultant: I help you find the right contractor and help you during the bidding process with contractors you are considering...just you and me! Not with a potential contractor sitting right there to intimidate you. I help make sure the job you are expecting to get is happening in your favor. I take the stress and fear you may have, not knowing about construction BUT knowing exactly what you want your project you have decided on to look like! Then, once your project starts as you and I have gone over everything, you call me and I come out to oversee how things are going throughout the project as the contractor you hired is now working on your job. Again, just you and me are there (after the contractor has left for the day) and at this time I am inspecting how your contractor is doing and what they could improve on, potentially! I have over 25 years experience in General Contracting and that is plenty to give you some "peace-of-mind" that I know what I am looking for to have a job done right.

25 + years ago I have been working on and selling homes. People need honest and unbiased answers about a home they are considering buying or selling.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My years of hands-on experience as a General Contractor and having bought and sold over 25 houses myself, qualifies me with in a category of it's own!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just 1 and plan to keep it simple. I want to personally work for you!
